Refund Policy

1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email support@credestrade.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. After approval, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Perishable goods (food, beverages)
- Opened cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products
- Items marked as final sale
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team. If the desired item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, CREDES TRADE will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
