1. Shipping Methods
CREDES TRADE offers the following shipping options:
Courier (DHL / FedEx)
Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days. Available for all orders.
Air Freight
Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days. Ideal for medium-sized shipments.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days. Priority handling and fastest delivery.
FCL (Full Container Load) - B2B Only
Estimated delivery: 15-30 business days. Cost-effective for large bulk orders.
LCL (Less than Container Load) - B2B Only
Estimated delivery: 20-35 business days. Shared container shipping for smaller bulk orders.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, package dimensions, and destination country. B2B orders may qualify for discounted shipping rates depending on volume. Contact our team for a custom shipping quote on large orders.
4. International Shipping
We ship to over 30 countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. For countries not listed, please contact us to check availability.
5. Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable duties before placing an order.
6. Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the status of your delivery. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of order confirmation, please contact our support team.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Photographic evidence of damage may be required for claims. Replacement or refund will be provided for verified lost or damaged shipments.
