1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using CREDES TRADE (operated by CREDES Labs Co., Ltd.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

To place orders, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. B2B accounts require verification and approval by our team.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to B2B transactions.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely. For B2B orders, payment terms may be negotiated separately.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods and costs are determined at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CREDES TRADE, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CREDES Labs or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

CREDES TRADE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products purchased through it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, South Korea.
